1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing course videos, attending live webinars, or participating in the TradeWithRahul community, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.
2. Enrollment, Access & License
Upon enrollment, TradeWithRahul grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the educational materials for your personal learning. You are strictly prohibited from screen-recording, rebroadcasting, re-selling, or sharing your login credentials with non-enrolled third parties. Violators face immediate termination of access without refund and potential copyright litigation.
3. Refund Policy (7-Day Guarantee)
We stand firmly behind our curriculum quality. Learners are eligible for a 100% money-back refund within seven (7) calendar days from the official cohort start date, provided they have attended the initial live sessions and request cancellation in writing via email to support@tradewithrahul.com. Refund requests submitted after 7 days are ineligible for return.
4. Community Conduct & Zero Tolerance
Our private Discord and webinar chat rooms are strictly dedicated to respectful market analysis and learning. Harassment, solicitation of financial services, advertising external tip channels, or abusive language will result in immediate permanent expulsion from the community.
5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
